Bring on the large greens and tees. With the changes we’ve made to the walk behind Aercore 800, you’ll be getting more done in less time. With a new 25 hp engine, the Aercore 800 delivers increased power to the coring head and traction drive systems. It also allows for lower engine rpms on entry and exit, increasing hole quality.
You’ll also notice that the Aercore 800 now sports standard drive tyre core deflectors. They displace cores that are in the path of the drive tyres, allowing for easier clean-up. And a new electro hydraulic lift lower system cuts the time to lift and lower the coring head in half, greatly improving entry and exit hole quality.
The Aercore 800 still delivers the high productivity and hole quality this line is known for, thanks to the patented “flexi-link” mounting design.
Aercore 1000, 1500 and 2000
Whether you’re aerating fairways or sports fields, nothing beats the Aercore 1000, 1500 and 2000 for hole quality and productivity. These tractor mounted units core a mighty swath. The 1000 can aerate from 1,858 to 4,645 m2/h (20,000 to 50,000 sq.ft./h) at a coring swath of 95 cm (37.5 in). The 1500 can do 2,787 to 6,967 m2/h (30,000 to 75,000 sq.ft./h) at a coring swath of 1.46 m (57.5 in). And the 2000 aerates from 3,716 to 9,290 m2/h (40,000 to 100,000 sq. ft./h) at a coring swath of 1.96 m (77.5 in).
And where tractors are concerned, you can’t do better than with one of the most legendary names in the business. Our line of gear and hydrostatic drive tractors are the best fit for the Aercores. With a wide range of PTOs in our CUT Series, these compact tractors feature advantages like power steering, independent PTOs and differential locks and offer productive options like four wheel drive and mid PTOs. The Aercore 1000 requires a 15-24 PTO hp tractor while the 1500 and 2000 perform best between 22 and 30 PTO hp. All require a Category I, three point hitch and proper ballast.
Innovative Flexi-Link system
The Flexi-Link system prevents hole elongation by absorbing the forward motion of the aerator allowing the tines to stay perpendicular while they are in the ground.
The Aercore 1000, 1500, and 2000 use the same belt-driven design, which provides a quiet, smooth operation that does not require lubrication.

No-tool depth adjustment allows for depth changes in a matter of seconds.
Service made easy
The entire tine ram assembly can be removed in minutes by removing a single cap screw on the top end and four bolts on the rear frame. Tines can be easily changed from the rear of the machine in minutes, as well. Tine holders are accessed from the rear of the machine, making it convenient to alter hole spacing with a different set of tine holders. Belts are readily accessible for easy changing.
Adjustable turf guards
Closed end, adjustable turf guards are spring-loaded to provide positive, firm support on the turf to eliminate tufting as the tine pulls out of the ground.
Quiet, belt-driven coring head is located between the drive tires for maximum contour-following capabilities without any additional linkages.
Electro-Hydraulic Lift-Lower System
Eliminates hot hydraulics and can lift coring head without the engine running.
Five-speed mechanical transmission eliminates hydraulic leak opportunities on playing surfaces and ensures that hole spacing will be consistent and precise across every aeration pass.
Standard Drive Tyre Core Deflectors
Minimizes running over cores pulled from the previous pass, making for easier cleanup.
