Showcasing Advanced Forestry Solutions

AFGRI used the opportunity to reinforce its commitment to the forestry industry with the spotlight firmly on the new John Deere 2144G Swing Machine. Designed for demanding forestry environments, the 2144G delivers increased productivity, durability and operator comfort – supporting more efficient harvesting operations and long-term performance in the field.

The presence of John Deere international forestry experts, Jarvis de Groot and Simon Shackleton, added further value to the event. Their participation enabled direct knowledge-sharing between global specialists and local forestry professionals, offering insight into international best practice, evolving technology trends and how these can be adapted to South African forestry conditions.

Strengthening Industry Partnerships

AFGRI was joined by key industry partners, including Waratah, reinforcing the importance of integrated harvesting and processing solutions. Together, these partnerships demonstrate AFGRI’s ability to deliver end-to-end forestry equipment support backed by world-class brands and global expertise.
